St. Patrick’s Day Cookie Boxes
Holiday cookie boxes have been a hit with my customers! For St. Patrick’s Day, I use these colorful cookie recipes and supplies to create festive treats perfect for celebrating.

Recipes
-Lucky Charms from Brennan Baking Co.
I used a little marshmallow cream on top of this cookie (for glue) and added more Lucky Charms marshmallows on top.
-Irish Creme Sandwich Cookies from Jackie’s Batch
-Rainbow Vanilla base from Tammy’s Cookie Co. (Pop Tart Cookie base)
You could also use this Rainbow Vanilla base from Cooking with Karli
Vanilla buttercream
2 sticks salted butter
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat on high for 4–5 minutes.
-Key Lime Pie from Tammy’s Cookie Co. (part of the Lemon Meringue Pie collection)
-Green Velvet from Cooking with Karli
Use green instead of pink!
-Chocolate Mint base from Cooking with Karli
I used the same vanilla buttercream recipe except I substituted peppermint extract for vanilla, added green food coloring and topped with Andes Candies.
